SMS Terms

These terms govern the HelpNinja SMS Program. HelpNinja is a brand of DirectPoint Media LLC, 1408 E 13th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Opting in to texts on this website means you accept these SMS Terms together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Message categories

There are two kinds of SMS/MMS alerts, and each kind has its own separate, optional box on the alerts form:

• Account notification messages: sign-up confirmations, preference changes and program notices about your HelpNinja sign-up.
• Marketing and promotional messages: new playbook announcements, program information updates and promotional messages, sent only if you check the separate marketing box.

Each box stands alone: checking one does not turn on the other. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using this website. After you opt in you get a single confirmation text, and you reply YES to confirm. You need to be 18 or older and the account holder of the number, or authorized by the account holder to use it.

2. Frequency and rates

• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile plan determines what you pay.

3. Opting out

Text STOP in reply to any message to cancel. One final confirmation message may be sent. STOP sent to a marketing text ends marketing texts, and you can end every message type whenever you like. Email also works: [email protected].

4. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected] or call 800-741-9835.

5. Your opt-in data

SMS opt-in and consent: your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent status will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

In order to fulfill your request, HelpNinja may use contracted service providers, which act solely on HelpNinja's behalf and at HelpNinja's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by HelpNinja and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

6. Carriers

Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Changes

If these SMS Terms change, the revised version appears on this page with an updated date.
